Father's Day

Tee and I cooked daddy some cinnamon rolls and went and got him Starbucks in the morning for breakfast. We then went over to Sugar and BB's house for lunch. What a great day!
Can we just put these in the oven already, I'm HUNGRY!!
Rob drove in from New Orleans the night before with some of our furniture that was still in N.O. We now have room for it so he had to go and pick it up. Tee was amazed by the truck and just stood there staring at it. Boys and their trucks, I swear it is bred in them!

Since he liked it so much we let him sit in the front seat and pretend to drive

The three Rob's on Father's Day! Love you all!

Even BB and Sugar's dog, Lacy, deserves kiss and hugs!

Are you sure this is a dog, she looks like a pony to me??

What a good pillow

A special HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to my dad, you are the best dad in the world.
WE LOVE YOU and MISS YOU!!!! See you on the 4th!

Hanging Out!

Not a lot has been going on over the past few weeks. We have just been hanging out at the house on the weekends trying to beat the heat. Here is the recap from the past few weeks;
We had the Cavendar Family over for dinner a few weekends ago. Here are some pictures of the kids.
Haley LOVED the watermelon, I think she could have eaten the whole thing.
Tee thought it was okay at best, but still enjoyed a few pieces of it (hence being half dressed in a diaper)
Playing with way to many toys in our yard

Aunt Rachel came up with a game to throw the diving rings on the tee ball post while standing in the pool, how fun!

Tee loves to give Summer tons of kisses and hugs and of course she always returns them as well! How sweet!

Daddy went out to a happy hour with some friends one night so Tee and I hung out together and played with the camera. He loved to smile for the pictures and then have me show him the pictures on the camera, what a ham!

Bedroom Painting

I have decided that I am taking it one room at a time as far a decorating and am going to start with the master bedroom and bathroom. I have wanted to paint my bedroom blue, but if there is one thing you should know about me I am HORRIBLE when it comes to picking paint colors. The color is always ten times brighter then what I had in my head. Anyway, I have decided in the new house I am going to just find wall colors I like that people have already painted in their rooms and just copy their colors. So there will be no mistakes in brighter colors then expected! I did a lot of research on the color blue I was going to pick, I asked friends (Thank you Ashley!) and I then Googled the colors and reviewed other peoples postings of the rooms they painted to make sure I liked them. After weeks of research I decided on Behr’s Blue Fox paint and started painting my bedroom this past weekend. Not sure it was the color I had in my head, but I am going with it and hopefully will like it in the end. It is hard to go from such a light color wall to a darker shade and I think that is throwing me off a bit, but as each day passes it is growing on me a little more. Here are some pictures from what I have painted thus far.

Pool Time!

So we finally have broken down and got Tee a pool for the backyard, unfortunately it is only a plastic kiddie pool. Dad wouldn't break away from the hip and get us a REAL pool, maybe next year :-) However, we have taken him to the neighborhood pool that past two weekends and he had a blast sliding down the slide.

Climbing out of the pool to go down the frog slide for the 100th time in a row!

Going down the frog slide he had a smile on his face the entire, too cute!!!

Adult swim only which he did not like at all until he found out he got to eat and it was really a 'snack break'

Summer and Tee swimming in the buff in his new kiddie pool.
He was too excited for me to even get a swim suit on him.

Did you really just take a picture of my bum...and post it on the blog for the world to see???
