Two Month Checkup

I took Rob IV to his two month checkup this past Monday. He weighed in at 12.6 lbs and was 23.5 inches long. He also got 5 vaccinations (two on each thigh and one that they gave him through cherry flavored liquid in his mouth), needless to say he was not a very happy boy!
Here is a pictures of all of the bandages on him :-(

He cheered up after few kisses from Summer...and mom :-)

Happy Easter!!

Rob's parents came in town for the Easter weekend to visit. We had a great time, Lil' Rob attended his first crawfish boil on Saturday in our cul-de-sac and also got a visit from the Easter Bunny for the first time. Here are a few pictures from the weekend;

Grandpa showed me how to peel and eat crawfish.....yummmmm I can't wait till I am big enough to eat them!!!

These crawfish boils can really wear a boy out!!

Aunt Rachel and Nemo

What is this???....I got a stuffed bunny and lots of toys. Even some candy that mom and dad have been eating.

The Great Mimi Visit

The Great Mimi (Rob's Grandmother) drove back with us from New Orleans and stayed with us this past week. It was soooo nice having an extra set of hands and Mimi also let mom get out of the house for a few hours.

The Great Mimi held and spoiled me all week! Can she come and live with us???

I tried out my new chair this week. Mom said it was for three month olds, but I told her I could handle it!

I also have a new found interest in my activity gym now that I am more alert I can bat at all of those toys. There is also a mirror so I can check out how handsome I am!

First Trip Home to New Orleans

Last weekend we made our first trip back to New Orleans to introduce Rob IV to his Aunt Jenny and his Great Grandmother Ethel for the first time. Rob IV did surprising well in the car considering it took us about eight hours (usually it only takes us six) to make the drive in since we got stuck behind an over turned eighteen wheeler. Here are a few pictures from the weekend.

I slept the whole car ride!

We celebrated all of our Birthday's together since they are so close (Stephanie 1/18, Rob IV 1/24 and Rob 2/2)

This is a pretty comfortable pillow!

Hello Aunt Jenny!!

I love my Great Grandmother!
